Maintaining A Healthy Heart

Often when researching how to lower cholesterol, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and confused as you try to figure out which way is right for you.  But don’t let this stop you from taking action toward a healthy lifestyle.  Natural plant sterols can significantly lower LDL cholesterol according to over 140 clinical studies. 

National experts and organizations including the National Cholesterol Education Program and the Food and Drug Administration agree that natural plant sterols is one proven method of lowering dietary cholesterol.  It’s recommended that you eat plant sterols twice a day with meals to enjoy the benefits.
